Dave starts laughing. He calms down enough to turn back to Matt and continue this song, possibly in the process forgetting that the next note he has to sing is a high G . Everyone is still chuckling a bit.
He goes for the note and his voice immediately cracks. Matt breaks down and hugs Dave, then everyone looks to see Anne (our director) in the doorway with a look of utter shock on her face.
About five minutes later, everyone was almost done laughing.
