Dear Pandora.com;

If I create a station with Rammstein and Mercyful Fate as the 'seed' bands, I don't feel like listening to samba and I sure as fuck don't want to listen to Prince.

OTOH, I may move the samba to its own station. It's not bad, it's just...I mean, seriously. It's beans and socks all over again.

My cousin seems to prefer last.fm over pandora. He allows it to collect more listening info than pandora and it creates better matching radio stations as a result.

I tried last.fm and it keeps trying to make me listen to crap, because I haven't spent the time tweaking it. Also, I really dislike the format. Pandora's minimalism is much nicer to me.

There's also the quirky Yale internet filter to deal with...
