When it comes to clothes I am a little too big for a small and a little too small for a medium. Which means I'm always debating which size to go with.
This winter I've had a rough time buying things that are a little too big thinking "this will shrink to be the PERFECT FIT!" It never does. So now I have these three sweaters that I think might be too small but I'm not sure. By themselves they feel and look too small on me. With a shirt beneath them they look fine (I think).
I hope I'm not walking around in a tight sweater but I really have no self-judgement on these things.
I get most all of my pants altered these days - the seat, the hem, the waist. It costs about $7 per piece which is so worth it for a custom fit. I wish I could get the same work done on other items. Or just stop shrinking them.
