another new year, another un-eventful night
Didn't do anything this year. I got kinda screwed. Basically until 'round 9pm yesterday I was spose to be working until 3:15am tonight. but some poor bastard wanted to trade shifts. but sadly I could not make plans on such short notice. I had had an invite to a party in Welland for over a week. But I had to work 10:55am the next morning. so busing out was out of the question. I didn't want to do that for the first time alone when I had to be at work for a certain time. I was going to ask my dad on the unlikely chance that he might pick me up in the morning. but once I heard Ian had left for St. Catherines the night before I knew there was no way in hell I could find a ride out and a ride home. also anybody I knew in town had other plans. so I just crashed at home... I was going to end this with a survey but since my over survey taking of 2006 I've grown very picky and couldn't find one I liked. but I must go now, I have many more beers to drink if i'm to get to bed on time to get 8 hours of sleep before work.
