(no subject)
Welp I haven't updated in awhile. Summer has been going slow and typical for me, since I can't really do much of anything. My hand is still sprained from that football injury -15 minutes prior to the knee- and apparantly I should have immobilized it for three weeks, but I kinda had other priorities. :) In any case I've just been hanging out with Marcela, or drinking when she has to work. Also, I'm doing product development for my dad still at www.reveredata.com so I kinda have a real job.
Tonight was interesting however. I went to this bar where everyone was underage. I even ran into my underage cousin there. It was, simply put, the biggest assemblage of idiots who have no business drinking. I mean these people were foolish and belligerent BEFORE alcohol. I ended up playing pool with the one uber-jock who wanted to fight everyone. I had to avoid fighting him by placating him, when all I wanted to do was just shoot a little bit of pool. I mean if I was shooting and he thought it was his shot, he acted as if I just called his mom a whore. On top of that, he took 15 minutes between shots on his turn as well. In any case, after he began to argue with someone else claiming it was his game, I just tossed the cue on the table and walked the hell out of there. Sure enough, minutes later there was a massive brawl in the bar. People got beaten down. Good thing I wasn't in there because my knee would have been torn apart again. Damn, I really love people.
BTW, we're getting a new kitten soon! Also, how quickly has this summer been going by?
