unfortunately, another rant
Coworkers, you should abide by the work schedule.Especially #2. It's there for the obvious reason. Unless it's an emergency, I would not switch with you. If you had notified me at least a few days. I'd consider it. But you asked me today if I could switch with you tomorrow and the day after, hell no. Your reason? Because you wanna go somewhere "far".
My reason for not wanting to switch? Because I would like to sleep in on friday and don't wanna do an overtime on Saturday. It's enough reason. Hell, I wasn't the one who made the schedule. And it's not my fault because you suck at time management.
It's not my fault, period, for abiding by the work schedule.
Of course #1 would side with her sister no matter if I'm right.
You wrote the damn time table. Of course just because I mentioned once that I preferred morning, it didn't mean I want morning shift every fucking day! Not only that, double shift back to back.
Then when I refused #2 the switch you made it like I'm the one at fault for not wanting to give in.
Of all the 6 days of work I'm lucky if I have one afternoon shift which happens to be tomorrow. ONE! And you want me to give it up?! Go to hell!
Remember that one time when I wanted to switch but couldn't, because either of you wouldn't? That was the only time and never ever since then. Well, I had to make do and made it work. And because of that one time I know now how to plan whatever accordingly. Even if it means sacrificing my rest time.
Now I know that you're gonna go back and complain to your mother and the rest of your family how inconsiderate I am.
Tomorrow is going to suck! So not looking forward to it.
