No. I don't wanna take your hours, cuz then that would put me over for the week and part-timers don't get paid overtime! On top of that, but my hours will get cut the next schedule.
BTW stop treating me like I'm a rug to be stepped on! When I recommend something about a part of OUR job, I do it because I have the 3+ years experience that you don't! Don't just scoff at me and say "yeah, whatever"! LISTEN TO MY WORDS DAMNIT! Most of ya'll are high school students, who work 20 hours a week and go to school, and yeah I know it ain't easy balancing it out. But FUCK YOU I only get 2 days off a week! I WORK THE WEEKENDS THAT YA'LL SHOULD BE WORKNG!!! Most of my hours I work on the weekend and then some cuz ya'll don't fucking show up when you're you're supposed to or not at all!
And you wonder why I want to transfer to another store, one that is not teenager infested!
