looking for a place to rent
My husband and I are looking for a new place to rent. We've been in our apartment for 3.5 years as of August, and have had several security issues. I can't handle being in such an unsafe environment with staff who don't care about the concerns. We're looking for a townhome or condo, or a small house if it's in our budget. Unfortunately we're looking for something <$800 and in the 80918, 80917, 80923, 80922, 80920 ... this is a hard combination to find. We're looking to rent for 2+ years, I'm trying to finish school and we're thinking of moving shortly after so we don't want to purchase anything for a "short term" (in the mortgage world anyway) stay.
