Cons and meets- Question

I don't live in Colorado, but I have been coming to NDK in denver the past 3 years and enjoyed it very much! I love the weather, and nice locals. I've meet some very nice lolis while visiting my Friends in NDK. I have a question though, I hear NDK is putting a limit cap on attendees this year 2011, and my friends where hoping to find another con in colorado to go to this year. Is there any more cons that they can cosplay at, get there anime fix, and I can wear my loli? ;-;
I heard about Wasabicon and starcon? Has anyone been to them, suggest us going, or to stay away? Stories good and bad about any cons in CO? Anymore anime cons that you would suggest in colorado? I would appericate any help! If this isn't allowed, please feel free to delete mods
