after much deliberation, i no longer think that california is fit for me.
after much thinking, i will be in george brown next year. doing the chefs school, then the year after i will be perfecting the italian school training also offered at george brown when there you get a 4 month co-op in italy.
after four months, when upon returning home, i am going to jump out of a plane. and skydive into england. where i will then cook for 1 year along side either chef gordon ramsey. or chef jamie oliver. or perhaps both, after this, then it is california working in hotels, casino's and then moving onto cruise ships.
