Seriously, what is this?! I just took a "relaxing" walk with Silli and I'm now boiling with rage.
I mean, when other dog owners approach me with their little westie / cairn / miniature schnauzer / papillon / chihuahua walking 5-8 meters in front of the owner owning the whole walkway - WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?! It's not like I'm going to grab my dog and hold him in the fucking air while bypassing you just because YOUR dog is barking and acting aggressively towards mine, and I am afraid it'll end up in a dogfight in which your fist-sized doggy will be torn to pieces.

My dog walks right next to my leg acting just fine, 100% in my control. But what the fuck can I do if you let your damned Fifi to walk straight into my dog's mouth?

If you didn't read your flexi's manual and do not know how to retract your flexi, then get a proper old-fashioned leash, please. Or get rid of your dog - you're obviously not smart enough to own one.
And if I already wasn't mad enough - the last dog owner I encountered actually picked her westie up when I bypassed her. I mean, WHAT THE FUCK? Westies are like the size of a milk carton. It's not like you cannot drag one wherever you want to. I mean, I have a freaking mastiff and I am able to walk him wherever I want to. NEVER had a problem whatsoever.
Dogs need discipline - even if they weight only one kilo instead of eighty-five.
Oh, and the dog in that picture is totally pulling like madz. HMMMM GEEZ I WONDER WHY.
