South Jersey Man Charged with Public Lewdness for Peeing in Container in Minivan

MILLVILLE
--A Pleasantville man was charged with lewdness Wednesday after an incident in the Wal-Mart parking lot on North 2nd Street.
Police said a woman called authorities around 5:30 p.m. to say she believed she witnessed a man masturbating in a minivan in the parking lot.
When police arrived on scene, the man, Jose R. Millet, said he wasn't masturbating, but urinating into a bottle, which the woman wasn't supposed to see.
Police said a bottle was found in the vehicle.
Apparently, even peeing on the side of the highway in NJ will get you a public lewdess charge and require you to register on the sex offender registry.
Just didn't realize taking a piss could have such a supreme affect on someone's life. These are the times in which we live.
Anyone have any thoughts on this??
