Ten Days In
So, already September 10th. This week was the start of school for the fall semester and it seems like it might be reasonably manageable this semester. Work feels like drudgery: technology is not reducing work this week, it only seems to be adding to it. Imagine if you could reclaim all the time we spend trouble-shooting tech problems these days?! I am looking forward to getting started playing WarCraft for J and her mates. It seems like a great game and my main concern is getting to immersed into it out of the gate.
This past friday evening I had a great time with Hillary and Shana working on some things that are pretty important to me and will continue to be for the next month and a half. There is so much preparation I need to do and some expenses I'll need to incur, but it is all worth it in the final equation. All of this plus my work with J will keep me busy but its all very important to me.
Next weekend is Tom's Slap 'N Tickle event in Asbury Park. I can't wait and expect it to be a blast... and if nothing less, it will be a great new experience for a lot of the Asbury Park crew. I hope we are able to generate a good showing for Tom's event. The beneficiary of the event is The Center in Asbury -- a very worthy cause.
Last night I received an unexpected/odd call from one of the female doms I was acquainted with while a part of MAsT METRO. It was a major surprise since I had reached out to this person a couple of times at the end of my previous affiliations with HSL and MAsT METRO and heard nothing back from her. I'll have to take some time to consider this before I can respond to her call. It was nice to hear her voice and to hear her express interest/concern with me and how I've been, but it all leaves me feeling just a bit "off!" Hmmmm.....
Today I'm off to Asbury to deliver some things to Sal, Dion and Tom and will also be meeting up with J for an afternoon of pool and good company. I'm really looking forward to it and to seeing all the Andromeda women. They are an amazing crew of woman who have all played a big part in building the community I am now so very fond of. A good day, today will be!
Well, I'm out of here for now. I hope whoever is reading this is having a good weekend and a good day at the moment. I'll be looking forward to writing more later.
