WHERE: In the City
WHAT: Nico is tracking down the little terrorists who could/related friends after having disappeared on them in 2017. She has a baby (and possibly a skrullboy and witchboy) in tow. REACTIONS?? Put the place where she can find you and whether or not the thread is open in the header pls :3
Nico had worried about traveling with the baby, but Nellie took to sneaking around and espionage so well that it had to be genetic. The two year old was content to just be on mommy's hip most of the time, fist in her mouth and big eyes tracking the strange strange world around her as it passed, but she wasn't used to being on the move. Nellie had been born in the little blue house in the outback and hadn't been so far as thirty miles away from it in her life; it wasn't surprising that the City's metro station had her silent with stimuli overload. She was good, though. When she got tired or the noise got too much for her, she wormed her nose against Nico's arm and slid into the form of a kitten to sleep in the bottom of her carry-on bag.
She only rarely cried. Nico felt on the verge of it herself the whole time they sat in the subway station. She watched the clock, waiting for a familiar face to emerge from the crowd as her daughter purred in a furry orange ball in the purse beside her.
