Who: Harvey Dent and OPEN. If you want to rescue him/recruit him for your evil organization/torment him while he's in the cell, then just go ahead and tag yourself in! I just really want to play with Crispy.

What: Harvey is still Calvin's daddy, even though he's crispy. He also is a bit emo.
Of course Harvey heard the ruckus. The guards were screaming about a dragon, there was a lot of noise, there was debris like hell. Harvey watched from his cell window as the green dragon burst into the prison and took away Calvin. Calvin. God, he brought back so many memories. Living in the City with Calvin and Billy. It was wonderful. He wished that he appreciated it so much more back then. Now...he hadn't seen his kids in a year.
It was better this way though. His kids didn't need to see him like this. Hell, he barely thought about them anymore. His mind was only focused on a few things. One-what would he do when he got out. Easy. Kill that damn terrorist who did this to him. Then...he didn't know. He wanted to make them pay. The government, what remained of the mob, both of them. He knew he couldn't take down the government by himself. But the remains of the mob...one man with a gun could take down the mob.
Sighing, Harvey leaned against the wall of his cell. He shifted slightly, arms restrained by the straitjacket. A week ago, he tried to make a break for freedom. He attacked one of the prison wardens. Also, he had been caught trying to punch his way through a window in the detention center. It didn't hurt him-he had invulnerability. The wardens decided that the straitjacket was 'just for his own protection'. Harvey knew the difference. So did Two-Face. They were dangerous.
