I got the quote above from Ellen's profile on IM. I really like the quote considering it sort of describes the crap i feel like I am going through. Guys say they will call and 50% of the time they do. They make some sort of vague plans and then most of the time they fall through. what's so wrong with making concrete plans like a week in advance? When I come home I have things to do, besides work, and people to see. My schedule is not as "open" as some people think it should be... then again they are also the ones who say I need to loosen up. If they EVER saw/hung out with me outside of work maybe they'd have a better idea of who i really am!
I'm sitting in the library checking email and crap since we still don't have internet. thank you united apartments. lol. I have to get my tired butt to campus even earlier on my "late" day just so I have time to check email and blackboard since almost all of my profs use it this semester. (Of course!)
Last night was our first CMLACMU and CGS general meetings. I think it went well actually on both accounts. Both ahd a lower turn out than we expected but the wares fair was last night as well as a bunch of meetings that offered food!! :) we all know how college kids love free things and food. ANYWAYS, i think that i'm really going to enjoy CMLACMU this year, and not just because i'm on eboard or know almost everyone in the group. But really because we are doing things that FINALLY interest me! A lot more of the work will have to be done by the other eboard members and myself but of well. At least it's not like CGS where we only have one member besides eboard, for now anyways. *sigh* Plus council changed a bunch of things and it's going to make our event planning even more difficult... damn them. Tonight I do have a meeting with the new coleader for my troop, YEYE, so hopefully that will go well. And not be too long since i have homework to do tonight before I go home for the weekend to work, and STUFF.
