What's New?...
Hmmm... well for starters we had a great Christmas. Mike's Aunt and Grandma were down here visiting so it was nice to have family with us for the holidays. Christmas Eve we went to Organ Stop Pizza, then to Church, then we watched "It's a Wonderful Life" and munched on snacks until bed. Christmas Day we called everyone back home and then I FINALLY got to open up my presents. Everyone spoiled me/us this year. We got lots of money which we are going to use to buy a new TV for the Den, a new computer tower, and a new grill for the patio. We also got a new patio furniture set and a patio swing. Now all we need is an in ground pool and some grass in our back yard and we're set!
My mommy also bought our chest freezer and stocked it way full of food for us. Aside from that we also got tons of gift cards to Old Navy, books, blankets, movies, and all sorts of fun stuff that we wanted. I'm not sure how we made it on to the "Nice List" this year but I like it! I guess this is the last Christmas where we will get spoiled, next year Caitlin will get all the fun stuff and we'll probably end up with socks and underwear.
Caitlin is doing great, growing up a storm as you can tell. I can't believe she'll be here in 10 weeks, that's sooo soon. Mike's sister Jenny is throwing me a Reverse Baby Shower. Since I can't be there everyone is bringing their gifts unwrapped to the party so everyone else can see what they got, then they will wrap them there, say a little something in to the video camera and then I get to open that gift while I'm watching the video. Sounds fun!
Kitty is so funny, when I'm on the computer she just stares at me for about half an hour until she decides "Ok, that's enough! Time to pay attention to me now." Then comes in the Den and hops on my lap and makes me pet her and try to type at the same time. Uh oh, speak of the devil here she comes. Guess it is time for me to go!
