I have a bunch of goals/things I want to do this summer, and I thought this would be a good place to list them. They won't get lost like they would on a piece of paper, and maybe having them listed somewhere semi-public will pressure me to fulfill them!
As insignificant as a couple of these may seem, they're all things that I believe will make me feel better.
1. Get my CDL permit
2. Get certified as a pharmacy technician
3. Get an A for my summer online course, Special Topics in Psychology: Sex and Gender
4. Figure out how to get my depression under control, namely by:
-Going to the gym AT LEAST twice a week, ideally going as much as my free time allows.
-Getting on a healthier eating schedule. (Means eating 3 times a day while trying to mix in healthier foods. Doesn't mean giving up fast food)
-Setting aside 8 days/nights to try Cosmo's trick for figuring out how many hours of sleep a person needs.5. Go to Virginia to see my McDaniel friends. (Thinking about July 1st - 5th)
6. Go to Canada with friends for a weekend. (Ideally during a weekend we all happen to have off so I don't have to ask for any more time off of work!)
7. Finish cleaning and organizing my room at home. (Basically, make it look really nice and somewhere I enjoy hanging out.)
8. Try to keep up with getting my nails done if financially possible.
9. Try to put off getting hair professionally cut and dyed until the end of the summer
10. Try to end the summer with about $1,000 in my bank account.
There are 2 others that I won't be mentioning here ;-)
