DA and I have decided to file separately for taxes.
I "Gave" him one kid, and I will take the other, for deduction.
IF it works how I hope it works out, I'll get all my tax money back and he will only have to pay $100 or so. I think this is a HUGE gift to him, since if I took BOTH kids, I would get closer to $900 more and HE would have to pay the $1000....
so I'm being generous. i think I'm very nice.

Anyhow. I really hope he follows thru with what he says, otherwise he could screw me out of more money.
I mean, we BOTH have to file the same way. Separate, ITEMIZED.
Thing is, its only in MY best interest to file itemized. HE has nothing to itemize I dont think, but I have the house and van and donations and such.
So, he had BETTER NOT screw me out of this money.
I'm super nervous.
Oh and we are going to get together tomorrow night to discuss the "details" of the D.
Fwiw, he wont move out on his own. He is digging his heels in and says he is staying put until the baby arrives.
Well, then he had better be prepared to pay his portion of the bills this month...else I am gonna be PISSED.
