I'm sure he was sitting around and said, "I think I'll kill a couple thousand poor lazy black people because they were too stupid to evacuate and will refuse to later anyways" and put in a quick call to stop the magical bus/boats that were sitting at the border ready to come to the rescue right away...because, you know, that's the only vehicle that can carry supplies and unicorns to a city under 6 feet of water at the drop of a hat.

Good thing we keep all of our magical bus/boats loaded with supplies so that they can be sent into cities where the mayor declares everything is alright...because, you know, Bush is omnipotent and knows how everything is going to turn out, and it's all a plan to get more money to Haliburton.

I'd like to live in Kanye West's world. Me and him could cruise around being morons, head up to DC to call Condelleza Rice a crazy cracker lover, and he could let me borrow some polos.
