Decathlon Event 5
Texas Hold Em
It was supposed to be event 7, but since we had some time we voted to move it up. That did not bode well for me. I started with great cards. I would have won the first 6 hands had a stayed in them all. But even with folding 3 of those, I managed the lead. But it was early, and I didn't have much of anything after that. Pure garbage cards made me barely outlast Lee, and I finished 3rd. A garbage finish in an event I was predicted to win. My hopes at this point were definitely starting to crumble for the decathlon. Tim shocked us all finishing second. Erik managed the win in a back and forth finish.
