Attention Hannaford Shoppers!

Hi folks, apologies for the lack of real entry in a while. Not a whole lot of spare time due to school, grad school, homeowner responsibilities, et al. The semester at St. John Fisher ends at the end of April, so hopefully, I'll be able to post something substantive after that point ( Read more... )

Hannaford is not difficult for us to reach, although I am not familiar with the peanut butter of which you speak (we purchase the Hannaford natural store brand for our use). I've never done Want it Now, so I'm not sure how it works, and don't want to get stuck with a bunch of peanut butter if someone fills your request before I do :).

LOL, no problem. I would cancel the eBay post if this is something you'd want to do. I wouldn't leave anyone hangin' with any PB, if they were trying to get it for me. My only question for you folks would be 'could you get it to a post office without it being a major PITA?' Thanks for the reply. Let me know one way or the other. If its too much to ask, I understand, it's not a problem. Hope you, AJ & Alex are doing well.

The Hannaford we frequent is on the same bus line as a regular post office, so I anticipate no trouble there - I wouldn't even have to stop home. The next time AJ goes I will have her confirm that the exact varieties that you are looking for are carried there (if not, there are two other Hannafords in reach, but the one I mentioned is the area Supercenter) and then I will play fetch.

There are five different varieties of the peanut butter of which you seek at the regular Hannaford we shop at: Extra Crunchy, Extra Crunchy Unsalted, Smooth, Smooth Unsalted, and Organic Smooth (the latter having an understandable price premium}. Let me know exactly what you're looking for and in what quantity and I will pick this up for you early next week.

Sounds good, J.
I'd like 6 jars of the Extra Crunchy. Let me know how you'd like me to send you fundage, whether by mail, by PayPal, or by some other method, and how quickly you'd like me to send that to you (I wasn't expecting you guys to purchase it before I sent you money for it, but whatever you folks want to do.)

Many thanks. C

I don't know what the peanut butter costs or what the shipping will run, so that way it has us covered. Besides, you're good for it :). Paypal is preferred, probably to AJ's account.

Pull down your Want it Now if you'd be so kind and I will pick it up tomorrow - I have a house showing out in Colonie near that Hannaford and will combine trips.

Hi J,
I have someone from Mass, that lives near the plant that I'm communicating with through the eBay listing, so I can't delete the listing just yet. If anyone new responds, I'll let them know that I've already found what I'm looking for, and if the other person is able to get it, then I'll just buy from both of you. Don't worry, as you say, I'm good for it, and if you do buy, I won't leave you hanging with PB that you purchased for me, especially if you're fronting $ for it. Is AJ's email account the one that's tied to her LJ? If so, I'll look it up; if not, I'll need it. Just let me know.

Thanks,
C
