Going nuts!
Someone on my friends list recently (within the last couple of months) posted a link to an article about the annual Washington Post Neologism Contest, and I've looked all over Live Journal and have been unable to locate it. I also utilized a couple of different search engines without success. If you know what I'm talking about, would someone please point me in the right direction. I'm losing what little sanity I have left. For those of you wondering, a neologism is a "new" word. And what the contest entails is adding, changing or deleting a letter or two, and adding a creative definition.
One reason why I'm looking for the post is because I came up with one myself recently while conversing with merina888:
Assmosis - the process of increasing your intelligence by sitting on a textbook (a process I've seen used by desperate students).
