Roommate

I am looking for a roommate for Fall/Spring 08-09...there are 2 of us already, but we need a third. It is in Southpoint Village right behind Payless. It is a 4 bedroom for 3 people...$245/month or they have other payment plans. Everything included except heat....free cable, internet, and washer/dryer.
