In case you hadn't yet heard, auditions for this semester's Central Audio Theatre productions are this Thursday (at 7:30pm) and Friday (at 3:30pm) in Studio A: Moore Hall 182.
Auditions are short, and are scheduled at the beginning of the time period, so you only need to be there for your audition (and any practice time you wish). There are over 40 roles for both men and women, in genres ranging from romantic-comedy to thriller. Last semester, Central Audio Theatre produced five shows, each a half-hour long. We plan to do the same for this semester, so if you're interested in voice acting, you should check out the auditions. Each show will be podcast on the web and broadcast over 91.5 FM. This is your chance to really shine; come check out the Auditions! No previous experience needed, but you should be able to read aloud with expression. Don't worry if you don't have a "Radio Voice"- all that is needed is a "unique" voice!
