Mmm, Yoga

I got a coupon in the mail for a free week of yoga at CorePower Yoga in Edina and I finally cashed it in tonight and took my first class in a long time.  It was awesome.  They do yoga in a semi-heated room and by the end my hair was dripping wet (pretty sure the gas station guy thought I was gross on the way home).

My shoulders are a tiny bit sore but I plan to go again tomorrow.  Yay!
