 So my internet is down AGAIN.  It crashed last week and I had Comcast out to fix it Friday.  It worked for a few hours and then crashed again.  Comcast was there for two hours on Sunday and it worked for a few hours and went down again.  The tech support person they had me talk to last night must have smoked a bowl before she got to work because ( Read more... )

Their business service isn't much better.

I have gone though three modems in 13 months. At least with the business plans they pay to have the replacement delivered by courier.

I get a little crazy when my internet isn't working, so I totally feel for you. I have a friend who works for Comcast as an installer and he is working 10-14 hours a day, seven days a week because they have so many orders right now! He's been working pretty much every day for months. Maybe they're so far behind that they're hiring just anyone... like the girl who came to your house. I hope you complained about her. That would annoy me too.

I've had Qwest for over two years and have rarely had problems with them. Hope it works out for you too.
