i'm going to break down and go to the er today. i can't take it anymore. my throat is so messed up. i can barely talk and i'm tired of not knowing what's wrong. it's fucking killing me. and i'd rather sit in the er for 5 hours and add a few thousand to my medical bills to figure out what's wrong. someone come with =/
