Maaaan , last night another classic time with Shane. Been best friends for the longest time , 13 years was it? Woke up on 4 hours of sleep and lifted. Came home and just lazed around and then went to Ken's to hang out. I was out like a light, I fell asleep too many times, sorry guys. Came home and went to practice, felt great. After that, ran over to the theatre to see I Robot with some of The Team, good movie. What's goin on tomorrow?
