"LEMON-ROSEMARY ROAST CHICKEN
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS
2 tsp. Lawry's ® Seasoned Salt
2 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
1 tsp. Lawry's ® Lemon Pepper
4- to 5-lb. roasting chicken
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°.

In small bowl, combine Lawry's ® Seasoned Salt, rosemary and Lawry's ® Lemon Pepper. Rub seasoning mixture under chicken skin, over outside and inside cavity of chicken.

In 13 x 9-inch roasting pan, with or without rack, place chicken breast-side-up. Roast 60 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of the thigh reaches 180°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
