I just wonder if people didn't really know what Cab Calloway was singing about in "Reefer Man"? like, did they not have a clue, before the Govt. put that movie out...with peeps coming suicide, instead of just getting the munchies?
there's definately an Ode to Richard O'Brien going on, in this version especially...Cumming, if he didn't do it, needs (!!!) to be Frank N'Furter, baddddly. 'course he could do any part on the RHS cast, and i'd die happy, but seriously. the "Listen to Jesus, Jimmy" song definately had a "JC: SuperStar" vibe...but more the new filmed version, since all the angels were sexxy like.
anyway...yesterday went well, i have Erin coming in today to fill out paperwork. talking to both Jacqueline and Ellen today...making the offer to Jacueline; seeing about stealing Ellen from CWC. Only thing aboiut that is that i know i can't pay her what they are paying her up there...but she just started with them, and she'd rather work with us. we'll see what happens. she had a tarot necklace on...this could either be good or bad, but i'm thinking good. i like the vibe i got from her.
