What a day... What a week...

Wow... Where to begin

Today sucked. Flat out. It sucked. I had a test in CIS which was a TOTAL waste of time, as usual... It sucked because I had to be there at 8, which is on time. Got in, reallized I forgot a scantron and a pencil. Thankfully we didn't have the written test until the second hour of class. So we started off with the production test which was EXTREMELY **cough cough** hard (sarcasm). We had to know how to format a floppy disk, then change text format and page properties in word. The whole thing took me an entire ten minutes to complete. Some people took the entire hour... Sad. So on my break I had to go from the Theisen Building all the way back to my car. The Theisen building is on the black river at 7th street, my car was parked in the student lot near Glenwood and River Street. About a quarter-mile one way. Which is totally fun in the 10 degree weather. Anyways, the test was a total waste of time.

Anthropology came after CIS. We discussed essays for next week's test. Once again, total waste of time.

After that I had to finish pointless homework for CIS, then came home around 2. I then did nothing for a couple hours until I got an email from one of my professors that I missed an exam yesterday... Ouch. So I had to go back to SC4 to talk to him and arrange a make-up quiz. Waste of a trip to port huron, but at least I'm not going to fail Astronomy.

Then I went to the Band Concert, which was pretty cool. Although I couldn't talk Joey into going i did see Bethany there, which was nice. The concert was 2 hours.... During which Volz said a few things that made me laugh. It's funny how he says one thing but really means another. So when he said pretty seemingly normal stuff, I started laughing.

1st Case:

"One band only took 8 rehearsals to put a piece together, the other only took 15."
Translation:
"I just handed out music to one band 2 weeks ago, and the other 3 weeks ago."

2nd Case:

"I've invited these clinicians here tonight to show you what actually goes on in the classroom, and how we prepare."
Translation:
"I want it to look like I actually do something during rehearsal other than flip out at the students."

Afterwards I got to see Erin!!!!!!

Definitely the highpoint of my week. seriously. :-)

Lorrie left before I had the chance to talk to her... But that's just Lorrie I guess.

lol

Just kidding.

Lorrie is the coolest person ever.

Anyways,

After that I headed to Pizza hut to meet up with everyone. Interesting times. That's pretty much all I can say about that.
Then I came home M-29, which was quite possibly the tenth time today I've driven that road. It drove me nuts.

So yeah, that was pretty much how the day went.

I'm off to do something destructive now.

Have a great weekend!!!
