Dear Lord,
I want to lift Christina up to you as she starts this new school year. I know it is going to be difficult for her. It is, in a way, the begining of an end, tomorrow is, as she starts her senior year. I know, though, that it is in no way even close to the end of the ways in which you will use her. I know that she can have SUCH an impact on those in her class and those in the classes below her this year. I pray that you would also be with her in the different difficult decisions and situations she will be faced with this year. I pray that she would draw all her strength from you, and be able to hold her ground, even if it seems as though everyone around her is opposing her, because she knows that it is ONLY your opinion that matters. I thank you for the friends you have put in her life such as Marti and Denise to help hold her up, "for if one falls down, his friend can help him up." Let your light shine through Christina so that you are all that people see when they look at her.

christina..... man oh man, does the word speechless come to mind? ummm yeah! you never cease to amaze me christina. your entries are like my heart all written out on paper. or well you know =)... but really! it's like you speak my mind for me, it's great! i finally got a chance to go back and really read the letter your dad wrote you and i want to talk to you about that.. i really understand what all you were talking about that day at applebee's now, and i dont know i just want to sit down and talk to you again.. i have so much i want to talk to you about christina! and just tell you and confide in you, and share with you and just talk to you about, and laugh with you about and i kinda think that's because it's like we're that same on the whole what's in our hearts level. i love talkin to you and i can't wait to get to do it again.. but except the only thing is we'll probably need to go to another public place, ha! because yeah.. we go anywhere near my comfy chair or couch, or BED! then yep... i'm a gonner haha! but no really!

yes you have...sorry for not including you...its just that those girls have made the same commitments and we hold each other accountable to stay on track with those commitments. its nothing personal at all. you are my very best friend and i love you sooo sooo much. im sorry if i offended you! we've had a talk to and in a way we are holding each other accountable as well...so i am sorry that i didnt look at it the same. i luv you mama and im sorry!
