Okay...I finally got my shit together and finished compiling this really long list... Congratulations to all of the nominees!!
Voting
Now comes the fun part - voting! Below, you'll find the complete list of 2010 CMFFA nominations, separated by category. Fics are listed in alphabetical order to avoid bias. Ratings are posted next to each nomination, but PLEASE be aware of any additional warnings posted at the site of the fic. 'Slash' and 'Femslash' fics are noted in all cases except in the respective 'slash-' and 'femslash-' specific categories. If the nominated author has two accounts, or was nominated under more than one account, they are listed by both names whenever possible to avoid confusion.
When voting, keep in mind what it is you're looking for in each category. Re-read the 'category descriptions' post if you're unsure about what qualities you should be looking for in a particular fic. And don't be overwhelmed by the number of nominations - many of the authors/fics were nominated under multiple categores, and (just as with the nomination process) you don't have to submit a vote for each category if you don't want to. The voting period ends at 11:59 PM MST March 7th, 2011.
When you're ready to vote, click on the link that says "VOTE HERE" at the bottom of this post. You WILL BE REQUIRED include your screen name and what site it applies to eg., fanfiction.net, CM Fan Wiki, The Profilers, AO3, etc - as well as a link to your profile at that site - anonymous votes will not be accepted. PLEASE read the rules and FAQ before submitting your votes.
***Although every author listed below gave permission for their fics to be in the competition, they may be surprised to see themselves nominated for more fics/categories than they originally thought. As your notification message said, you were only informed of the first round of nominations you received. So be sure to check out the whole list to see what all you ended up being nominated for. And even though the message indicated you were granting permission for all of your fics to be used in the competition, if any author sees one of their fics on the list that they DO NOT want to be included, email me IMMEDIATELY and I'll take it down.

** Although I tried to link only to the 2010 fics, some Best Author links may contain stories the author posted earlier or later than 2010. Remember that with the Best Author Overall and Best New Author categories, you are only taking into considerating the fics from 2010.
** Some fics have been reposted with the authors' permission and others may have been linked to newer journals for convenience, so if there's some discrepancy with the posting dates, rest assured that each of these fics has been checked for eligibility. Additionally, although fics in the Best Work-in-Progress category were incomplete as of December 31, 2010, some of them may have since been completed by their authors.
As difficult as it is, please try and base your voting on your honest opinions of the fics in each category, not your friendships with/personal opinion of the nominated authors. I know it's great when one of your friends wins something, but it's even greater when they win because they deserved to, and not because they have the biggest friends list.

1. Only ONE ballot per person!! Anyone caught trying to submit more than one ballot will have their ballot thrown out.
2. Anyone is eligible to participate, provided they are associated with a CM fan site of some kind (LJ, ff.net, CM fan wiki, AO3, etc).
3. You are eligible to vote even if you didn't previously send in a nomination form.
4. You DO NOT have to vote for a fic for every category - only vote for the ones you feel like voting for.
5. Only ONE vote per category.
6. Authors ARE NOT allowed to vote for themselves/their fic.
7. PLEASE BE AWARE of the ratings posted next to the title of each fic. Anyone under 17 is encouraged to respect the restrictions regarding these rating categories and understand that if they choose to read mature fics, they are doing so at their own discretion.
8. You may not be able to change your vote once submitted. Be certain of your choice.
P.S. Even if you don't vote for a particular fic, it's nice to leave a comment/review for the authors whose work you're enjoying. These authors all worked very hard on their fics, and it's nice to let them know their work is appreciated, even if they don't end up winning in their category.
VOTING FAQ
1. I don't see one of my nominated fics on the list! What happened?
Don't see one of your nominations on the nomination list? Well, it's probably for one of the following reasons:
1. The nominated fic did not meet the category criteria.
2. The nominated fic was not published/updated during 2010 or was published elsewhere online before 2010.
3. The author of the nominated fic declined the nomination.
4. You submitted more than one nomination form/set of nominations.
5. You failed to provide links to the specific fics/authors themselves on your ballot (I'm sorry, but it's just too much work for me to have to hunt down the fics myself on top of checking if they qualify and informing the authors).
2. I didn't send in a nomination ballot! Can I still participate in the voting?
Absolutely! Anyone who is affiliated with a Criminal Minds site (i.e., LiveJournal, fanfiction.net, CM Wiki, The Profilers, etc) is welcome to submit a voting ballot.
3. I was nominated for a category!! Can I vote for myself on my ballot?
No. Unlike the previous year, nominated authors will not be permitted to vote for themselves, in the interest of making things fair.
4. I don't want to read that many fics! Can I still submit a voting ballot with some of the spaces blank or do I have to submit a vote for each category?
Understandably, some voters may have difficulty reading every fic on the nomination list (either due to time constraints or unwillingness to read certain types of fics). But rest assured, just as it was with the nomination period, you do not have to vote for every category in order to submit a voting ballot. Only fill out as much of the ballot as you are able. However, please keep in mind that once your ballot has been submitted, you will not be allowed to submit another one or add additional votes, so be certain of your choices before you send it in.
5. I'm under 17, and some of the fics are rated R/M/FRAO/NC-17 and won't let me view. Is there some way to get around it?
Probably, but I don't recommend trying it. Obviously, I don't want anyone reading fics that are inappropriate/too mature for them. Ratings are posted beside nominations where applicable. There may also be additional warnings posted at the site of the fic. If you are younger than the posted age for a fic, please respect the ratings and warnings and do not read the fics.
6. Some of the fics in the categories are rated R/M/FRAO/NC-17 / involve slash/femslash / and/or are PWP, and I don't want to read that. What should I do?
Don't read them. As mentioned above, you do not have to submit a vote for every category. And if there are one or more fics in a certain category that you're opposed to reading, simply read the ones you're okay with and vote for one of those. This is all for fun, and no one should feel they have to read fics that make them uncomfortable.
7. I forgot to fill in some of my votes / I want to change one of my votes! Can I resubmit my voting ballot?
Sorry, but no. To keep things simple (and my sanity intact), only one ballot will be accepted per person. Therefore, you should be certain of your choices before submitting. If you think there might have been a computer glitch when sending in your voting ballot, please send me an email and I'll be happy to check it over for you and send you a confirmation that it's been received properly.
