Followup to last entry
I made an executive decision to migrate us from FolderShare to Dropbox. I'm not wild about having our data on someone else's server, but I am satisfied by their privacy / IP policy and can easily keep a backup of the local copy.
So far the client software works a lot better (especially on Macs) than FolderShare. I doubt we will shift back to Windows Live Sync (aka FolderShare 2.0) unless Dropbox drops their free service.
