I've been so damn busy, I'll have to sit down and catch up on here. But not now. This is just a quick story about Christmas.
A long time ago, like 15 years (?) or so, I remember someone sent us this tin with gingerbread cookies in it. And we started to eat the cookies, and they were very very hard and tasted like Christmas spices and lacquer. Later we read the greeting card and it said something like "hope you enjoy the tree ornaments we sent".
If you want to know firsthand what these gingerbread cookie Christmas tree ornaments (which are not meant for human consumption) taste like, just go pick up a bottle of 7 Deadly Zins 2006 zinfandel. UGH. I hope it tastes better after decanting a while.
