Take for a example this situation I've seen first hand - There's a liquor store that has located itself right next door to the unemployment office. But that's not all, a daycare for children setup their shop right next door to the liquor store.
I can only guess that this must be some kind of co-dependant relationship between these three establishments, because I did observe people dropping their children off, then going to the unemployment office (Note: They don't distribute checks there), and later visiting the liquor store before leaving.
And I'm left sitting here wondering, just who thought that this setup was a good idea in the first place?
