I understand this should have been declared sooner, as it appears there is some confusion about who patrols with whom and where. Perhaps if I had been more prompt about making this accessible, none of these accidents would have happened.
Myself, Luca [temporarily staying in the infirmary] -
I patrol every day, leaving an eight-hour window (usually in the afternoons) to sleep. This ensures that I am on a vigilant watch during the late hours when it is dark and dangerous things happen. My breaks vary in length and frequency. I patrol in the castle corridors during the mid-afternoon hours, and work outside during the other times. I will not require any assistance for the time being.
Futch [temporarily staying in the infirmary], Bright -
Both were patrolling from the skies to get an arial view of the grounds. I do not know when their shift begins and ends, but with Sir Futch in the infirmary, it seems senseless to have Bright patrol on his own, leaving this particular group in suspension until further notice.
Sir Helmut, Moonstone, Sir Hervey -
Sir Helmut has volunteered to patrol with his companion Moonstone. I have paired them with Sir Hervey, seeing as he has no partner. They will be patrolling around the lake in the early morning hours until breakfast.
Sir Louis, Sir Jeremy -
They will be patrolling together, most likely in the courtyard and surrounding areas. I intend to give them a shift in the late morning hours until lunch if that is not a problem.
Lady Queen, Sir Cray -
They are scheduled patrol around Sir Barts's garden and the café during the afternoon hours. If this is not convenient, please let me know.
Sir Camus, Sir Fred [temporarily relieved of his post until further notice] -
Sir Camus and Sir Fred were slotted to be patrolling the sublevels of the castle in the early afternoon and early evening hours. However, since Sir Fred is temporarily suspended, Sir Camus is without a partner, and I do not want him to patrol the sublevels alone. If anyone is willing to volunteer as a stand-in for Sir Fred, it would be greatly appreciated.
Sir Lucas promised to keep a watchful eye over the crew of his boat, and I know he is reliable and trustworthy.
Sir Franz and Sir Akaghi have also offered to help, and since the patrol route with Sir Futch is gone and Sir Camus is in need of a partner, do either of you still wish to help? Or anyone else, for that matter.
I was foolish to take the day off, but now I know what I must do. It almost feels as though I allowed myself to be lulled into a false sense of security, but I know it is not the fault of Sir Hugo, Master Thomas, or even Luca, who all seemed to hold the same opinion about it. It is my own fault, and I will deal with it as such. I know I can successfully balance my time between infirmary visits, patrolling, and sleeping-I've done it before countless times.
I also know it is not my place to ask, but is there anyone reliable trustworthy experienced enough to assist with Sir Mathiu and Sir Hugo in the infirmary? I have limited medical knowledge, but were I more able I would help...I just do not know how. Unfortunately, I have quite a bit to do right now, being short-staffed.
