"Oh Yeha Sal"
I've been in a fantastic mood lately. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact i've been eating healthier and excercising a lil more regularly. Also, ive decided to quit soda indefinitely. Today, is day 18 without pop. I had a terrible time with caffeine withdrawal the first week and a half, but actually I feel I have more energy now than ever.
"They" say cutting soda out of your diet is one of the best things you can do. If you think about it, yeah it really is. The caffeine, like any drug, just screws up the way your body fuctions naturally. The amount of sugar is just insane. Sugar can be evil. It causes weight gain, makes your throat dry/thirsty, slows metabolism, causes funguses, Acne, makes for extreme highs and lows, makes your pancreas produce more insulin and god knows what else. But yeah, things are goin swell.
My birthday was also yesterday. I had to work til 4, but that really didnt stop me even the least bit. That was probably one of the best b-days i've had. Nothin like friends and family. My dear friends Matt and Rebeckah Wiesen got me a cake that said "Oh Yeha sal" "Yeah" was spelled wrong. Imagine that. The funny thing was, they did that for my birthday when I turned 18 too. Kind of an inside joke. LOL.
I was up just about 24 hours yesterday. We pulled a dawn last night without even trying. We were at Wiesen's house til like 4am playing cards and poisoning the youth. Then, the four of us remaining(Adam P, Josh, Jason and Myself) went to the park for some unknown reason. At that point, we found Pinetarr's car unable to start. So we ended up walking back to Jason's only to find another car to go to THE COOKERY to get some most excellent, Chocolate Chip Pancakes.
Today, I woke up a lil after noon(after only 4 or so hours of sleep) to help my dad put our boat in our dock and clean it up after winter storage. Hopefully, by the end of the week, it'll be ready to go out! Call me, and if I like you, i'll take you out on it!
Not to mention the fishin's been good!!!!!
Also, I won $100 on a $2 scratch off today!
