Best to start with the food! Today I've eaten:
A bowl of cereal. Shredded wheat (unsweetened), grape nuts, ground cinnamon, a handful of blueberries and Westsoy fat free plain soy milk.
A red apple
Update: Can of Hunt's diced tomatoes with roasted garlic, can of Eden Foods black organic soy beans (no salt added), sliced mushrooms, a diced yellow tomato, lots of seasonings (spike, vegit, so-so curry, fenugreek, chopped garlic clove, summer savory, nutritional yeast), about 1tbsp of olive oil (to saute the mushrooms in).... all mixed and cooked together in a pot.
Four slices of cinnamon raisin bread (food-for-life-style)
Spinach and parsley salad
Handfull of walnuts.
Update: 2 waffles with some 100% fruit 4-fruit spread, peanut butter and maple syrup.
Wow, logging everything you eat every day is hard. This is all in one day. Maybe I'll stop. :)
