The man shot by police in the London subway system during the second string of attempted bombings has turned out not to be a bomber. He was a Brazilian who apparently ran because his visa expired. It's not that hard to walk in to a train and set a bomb off. It's about a 30 second job. You're not going to get caught. Oh fuck off, terrorist this, terrorist that, once again you didn't respond to anything I said, you instead respond to HYPOTHETICS based around paranoia. The police are very well trained or at least they should be and in situations like this the government should be enacting training and contingency plans to deal with the potential situations that arise. That's what makes them our government, that's why we elected them as leaders... If these terrorists are "everywhere" and they don't wear uniforms like a "german ww2 soldier" (the horse is dead, stfu about ww2) then our police SHOULD be prepared to start using 100% non lethal force for when they do twitch out and get the wrong person. I have experienced what the avergae person doews maybe more...but liek i said you dont have to be everywhere to understand wrold issues. Its called reasearch(from different sources).
And in a matter of time here....lets see how accurate of a decision could you make while under imense pressure and only seconds. Wehn someone is running taser isnt very effective....since tehy only have a limited range.
