Fic Recc: Dead Man's Hand
Dead Man's Hand by cpolk and matociquala. It's CM, gen, the sequel to Two Pair of Aces and it is mindblowingly good and haunting. There is plot, there is character development, there is a perfect inner voice for Spencer and it's just gorgeously written. I'm sure the show is not going to take things in this direction, but I LOVE that the author's have.
