Mandatory Writer Check-In [1]
Hello, lovely writers! Welcome to your first check-in! I'm so sorry that it's a little bit late.
So, I know some of you are charging right ahead with your stories, and I know that some of you have yet to get them off the ground. There is only one thing to remember at this stage: DON'T PANIC.
The schedule says that you are encouraged to have 5k written at this point. This is purely a guideline, as we are almost one third of the way through the challenge (Feb 1st - Aug 1st) and this is one third of the minimum word requirement (15k). If you don't have this, that's okay! There were a lot of people last year who started off slowly and still finished - you're good! Keep calm and carry on! :)
If you need support, or someone to rant at, feel free to use shapingprofiles for all your needs. Anything goes there! :)
This post will be open for one week (until March 30th, 11:59pm PST), and for those writers who have not checked in by Thursday night, please expect a reminder PM or email from me. Thank you!
