I now have concrete proof of the fact that I do not snore. Just in case anyone cares.
I also don't have sleep apnea. Which I could've told you (or the sleep tech, who seemed skeptical) from the beginning.
Sleep is such a strange thing; I wish the machines I was hooked up to last night could've recorded my dreams, because I distinctly remember them being fun and fanciful and odd. I thought to myself, "I hope I remember this in the morning!" But of course, I didn't.
I will also soon (or relatively soon, depending on how lenient the payment plan is) be markedly lighter in the wallet. As in, $800 lighter.
Thanks, health insurance! I'm so glad that I pay you $80 out of every paycheck I get. Thanks, Republicans! I'm so glad you're protecting me from the socialist policies that health insurance reform would bring about! As opposed to the wonderfully democratic system we have now where I can't choose where and how to spend my money on health insurance because I don't have much of it and I'm not a member of the United States Congress.
So now I have gunk in my hair from the electrodes attached to my head, and I'm still tired even though I slept from 10pm to 6:30am (they let me sleep in an extra hour because I was in the middle of a REM cycle, so very kind).
I think I'll go kill things on the Xbox with high-heel-embedded guns. Yes.
