Yeah... you didn't catch me and Brad when we'd burned out the last of our strength. And keep in mind... we're the kind of guys who are used to burning it all and making it to the party by hook or by crook and not sleeping and shit.
Those guys at Southbank may have been me and Brad when you consider our sleeping habits, our disregard for being noticed in public and how long we've known and been there for each other. Also take into account that I was the first person to meet-up with Brad in the city that day. I have a habit of taking third party accounts and telling them in the first person perspective and taking first person account and telling them in the third person with me as a non-intruding observer.
At the end of it all... we got to the park to meet Maddy and Tristan only to find they'd left. That was when we were pretty much broken and elected to just space out and drift in and out of sleep while the bugs crawled and buzzed around us and the fire-twirlers twirled to the beat of the bongos. It was a scene I liked.
Yeah I read in Brad's post about you guys dying in the park for a little while too, soooo unless he's lying too it happened. It sounds like a pretty scene, 'cept for the bugs. Good you finally got some sleep at least :)
Replace bugs with fireflies then. Add sakura petals. Lens flare. Play Purple Rain by Prince in the background. Replace Brad with Johnny Depp and Clyde with Benicio Del Toro. It happened however you want it to happen.
