HELP - Attention DOG LOVERS....
I NEED HELP!!!
I always do this when I'm very lonely and/or upset...I went out Tuesday and adopted a beautiful black "Flat-Coated Retriever" from the animal shelter in Multnomah Co. - 38 miles away!!! I shouldn't even be driving, but stupid me drove all the way there alone, (well Kaleb came with but dogs can't shift too well).
First night home and Kaleb (my big Malamute) attacked and almost killed the new dog. They got along great at the Shelter, but once we got home it all changed.
So, I need to quickly find a loving home for this dog. He is a beautiful, smart and healthy dog. There has to be someone out there that someone knows that needs a wonderful loving dog!
Here are his stats:
He's been neutered (ouch!)
He stays in the yard - does not wander off
He loves to fetch and play frisbee
He's housebroken!!!
He loves to cuddle
He's pure black, with medium length silky fur, that is healthy and shiny.
His teeth are white and strong
He's had most of the shots he needs, including rabies, good for the next year!
He is a very smart, gentle and loving and protective dog.
Please, guys, if anyone anywhere knows of someone who needs some faithful love in their life - get them this dog!!!!
I really do not want to return him to the shelter, for they may put him down because he was there too long already. I don't want to see him killed.
I would appreciate a RUSH in this situation because it is very hard on me to keep my Kaleb and this dog, Balou, separated. So your quick attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
I am going to email this post to everyone I know and if all of you would do the same, maybe we can find a home before this weekend is over! Please, please, please.
