Heart... Sacrifice... Passion... Destiny...

"Destiny is heart, sacrifice, and passion." - Todd Marchant

Finally arriving back home from the trip of a lifetime I did... I enjoyed what would be one I'll never forget. The accomplishments last year were incredible. I never thought I'd get my chance at the Cup, let alone win it. It's quite possibly one of the biggest accomplishments in my life.

This is an amateur video of the event.

Here's an overall look at what happened during the entire event... http://ducks.nhl.tv/team/launch.htm?type=fvod&id=5291&catid=347 I was going to be in a few segments, but I was in other places at the time, and was unable for interviews, heh...

During this time, I was not only getting an in-depth look at the ceremony, I found out just what I got from the club as a thank you for my heart for sticking with the club for 14 years, passion for doing what I did, and sacrifice, which ultimately lead to my own and our team's destiny by doing what I did, even though I was in Chicago, or even in the middle of enemy territory advertising Ducks stuff to family and friends.......

As a small token of gratitude, as well as an apology and a way to commemorate the removal of the curse, I was given a miniature replica of the Cup stylized in the only way we know how. ;) Can't beat that! :) Here's that pretty baby...

And that wasn't the only thing that made it back to the office.

Also as a small thank you from the MySpace group, I was given a 35% team discount for anything I wanted from one of the members, who actually happens to be a Honda Center employee, so I decided to shop for the best I could get, which sadly wasn't much for how much as being asked for... So, due to this small problem, I got myself a commemorative t-shirt, and a pennant that is already considered by many to be a classic. Here's a picture of this beauty...

I got this at the end of the game as well... ;)

As a genuine thank you, I also found out that I'll be receiving some bling later on in the year. :) You bet. I'm getting a replica ring, baby!!!! :) That one I wasn't expecting either. My thanks to all within the Anaheim Ducks organization for really pulling through for this!

Here's some pictures elsewhere I took during the festivities with all my friends...

The three titles I helped earn... Not just that, but the other 2 I was a part of... I know I, for sure earned 4 of those. ;) Seriously, I could be the ultimate Ducks fan. ;)

Taken with my boss of last year, Jake...

Kyle, our local rocker. ;)

Munni and Jerry, my resident hockey mobsters, lol

As a part of my own tribute, I also thanked Brett and Steve for their telecasts cause I listened to em all the time while I've been out here, and listening to em at 1am can be painful, but nevertheless I still said my thanks. Steve even said he remembered me from an earlier meetup, saying "I remember you!" Awwwwww :) He was definitely grateful thats for sure.

Since I'm really tired, I'm going to bed now, and its now officially time to move on. Either way, though, everyone needed to know I at least got to Midway on schedule, even though I got back home at 4am -.-. I have more pictures to show but I'm sleepy and these were my best ones, so.... Nite nite!
