For whatever reason, the weather decided to turn against Kiara today. If she knew it was going to storm she wouldn't have gone outside at all. But unfortunately Kiara never watches television, much less the news, so something horrible was bound to happen eventually.
Besides, the weather was perfect earlier.
She decided to fly around the city today. She has wings, so you bet she's going to use them! She just should've taken it as a warning when the wind picked up and the sky began to darken. Kiara can be stubborn when she wants to be and the wind only provided a challenge that she wouldn't easily give up on.
But then the wind got worse. To top it all off, it suddenly began to pour. Which is never good, especially for a Phae. Water isn't exactly their friend.
So it's not surprising that the poor little Phae came in for a crash landing right in the center of the park.
Ouch.
