I had almost forgotten just how much I love the Reverend Horton Heat (not to mention Psychobilly in general).

For instance, my current favorite Horton Heat song is called "Beer". It's lyrics are, in their entirety:

Party!
Get naked!
Buy us beer!

Gin 'n' Tonic!

I think I'll listen to it again.

there was this great psychobilly song, a real one by some redneck way back in the 60s, about how this guy was going to kill his girlfreind because she didnt like hot dogs

i can't remember but it went somthing like this

she doesn't like hotdogs

oscar meyer is for me and you

theres a label that only sells insane folk recordings like that

I hadn't realized that hot dogs were such serious business... Then again, I do love Hebrew National a great deal, so I guess I sympathize. Oscar Meyer sucks, though. Silly man.
