How are my peeps? It's been forever since I've had a chance to update! Holy moley! Who says that anymore? I think I'll make it the hip new thing to say here in France. It's funny though, cause the Saint Pierreais detest France. C'est drôle.
Word. So yeah, I had the time to update cause I didn't get any new e-mails. Shockin'. That's all I have to say about that.
So yep, things are totally different. I'm a super party maniac! Booze is so cheap here! Get this: Dana, myself and two of our friends chipped in on a 60 of vodka. It cost us 6 euros. Not 6 each, but 6 in total. That is equivilent to 9 dollars canadian. So I got piss loaded for less than 3 bucks.
Then we end up going to the disco where we're friends with the guys working in the shooter bar, so we drink for free. This place rules if all you wanna do is get loaded. But we all end up feeling like ass on saturday and sunday morning, and you have to nap during the week to prepare for the weekend. It's nuts. The disco doesn't close until 4:00, then we go to this little take out until 5ish, and usually driving around, or to someone's house until 6:00 or 6:30. Completely different from any drunken times I've had at home.
But I still miss home... It'll be nice to get home and give my body a break. Between alcohol, sleep deprivation and functioning in french all the time, I'm so exhausted and I need a rest. But not until I come home. Resting here is too boring. For fun during the week, we stay after school until near 5:30 doing homework, then if we're not too tired we go to teh gym. Sometimes we'll stop and get chips or pastries on our way before the stores close. What? We need to put in calories to burn them... Shut up. But there's nothing else to do besides drink, do drugs, eat junk food, sleep, watch tv if the family you live with isn't home, avoid the evil children we live with, talk to people at home, drive around the 25 square km of street they have here, and sit around staring at your room mates. Ta da! That's my life! Dancing at the disco is fun! I think out of everyone I know, Mathieu would love it here! You should see the mobiles! (they're these french police dudes that come here from france for 3 months. They're super sluts but most of them are hotties.)
Wicked, well I could keep going forever but I should go home and have a nap or do some homework. Je suis trop fatiguer. Bon Dieux. That doesn't mean "good god" by the way.. as we thought.. it means Jesus Christ. Dana was going around saying it at the dinner table and whatnot. Très drôle! Alrighty, well I love and miss you all! Leave me comments or write me e-mails you damn busy people! :) word.
